Domestic Delivery

Breath easy, all shipping is on us. We aim to deliver within the time frame promised however we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please keep in mind that these are estimated arrival times.

International Shipping 

arzu does not collect tax, duties or any other additional fees from the customer upon shipment of goods. Your package will be sent to you duties and taxes unpaid and any such charge will need to be paid by you, the customer, once goods reach customs. Upon payment, your goods will be cleared and delivered to you by your local carrier. We will declare the value of yours goods on packages, however, unfortunately we are not able to estimate how much the taxes and duties will be. 

International Express Shipping 5-7 business days

Returns

Please be aware that if you chose to return an item you will be responsible for the cost of its shipping fees back to our warehouse. In the case that your item is not deemed returnable by us we are not able to offer a refund and the item will not be returned back to you. 

Policy

 Goods must be returned within 3 days of receipt 

We do not except exchanges at this time

Goods must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging

All arzu hangtags and labels must be attached to the item

Any goods marked 'Sale' cannot be returned

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customer is responsible for all goods sent until they are received at our warehouse 

Customer agrees to assume the costs associated with returning the purchased item(s)  

Processing/Refunds

Refunds will be processed approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your items

Note: your bank may require additional days to process the transaction

All goods are subject to inspection: Worn, soiled or damaged goods (due to

wear/improper washing) cannot be refunded and will not be returned back

Refunds to your original payment method will require a processing fee of RM5.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties or shipping charges

How to make a Return

1.Read our Return Policy and Processing/Refunds above to ensure you are informed—we are not able to refund items which we deem used or damaged 

2.Pick a reliable courier service and package the goods well to prevent damage

3.Attach proof of payment and the original order no. with your parcel

4.Ship goods to the address below:

5. Wait for a confirmation email from us that we have received your package

6. Allow 5-7 business days for our staff to process your refund
