This is a good alternative to the normal pins as it protects your beautiful scarfs. It tends to slides down and you would have to tighten it up if it is on silk material but works great on cotton.

A must buy rather than seeing your scarf gets spoiled with holes.

The pins are gorgeous I must say but the magnets don't perform well. They aren't strong enough to hold my scarves in place.

I got 2 pair of same colour (green) which make my set not in complete colour. Emailed arzu team if I can make a change in their outlet but there is no reply at all. It takes 2 weeks for me to receive my item, and after 2 weeks of complaining, I have yet to receive any reply from them. Still didn't use the magpin as I intend to change it. A bit dissapointed with the efficiency of arzu online team.

TERRIBLE service by the online team. i ordered & paid for a few items including the magpin but they missed out my magpin. i've sent multiple emails - at first they said that they'll put in a request to send the magpin & they'll send me a tracking number, weeks later i emailed again because there was no progress, and they've simply stop responding altogether. went to the store at klcc & they said that a different team is handling the online store so they can't help. return my money or give me my magpin!

Nice vibrant colors. however a bit disappointed because i received 2 sets of brown pins (like 4 magnetic pieces)! definitely not as pictured. also super late parcel like weeks!

When I first got my item I tried to separate/open (split the magnets apart) from the packaging. One of the magnets came apart from its cover (the pretty piece). Since then and after informing Arzu team I have not used nor touched the others for the fear of the same problem. Below are the reasons which I cannot do what is asked from Arzu team;
1. I have a small infant (50+ days) where I cannot travel for a replacement from the store. Travelling and parking is not an option for me.
2. Buying super glue to fix the issue means additional cost for me when I shouldnt have to in the first place.

The items are indeed very pretty and the magnets are strong though maybe too strong which is why you need to separate them carefully when in use.

A fairly quick and friendly purchasing experience. Unfortunately, i lost two of those beloved magpin due to my clumsiness. Will definitely but a replacement asap.

The pins are pretty & the magnet is very strong. However, just like other reviewers, I found that the glue sticking the magnets to the casing are not as strong. So when the pin falls, the casing fall off easily. Hope this issue can be rectified. Thank you.

pretty, magnet powerful but for me it keeps on moving when i placed it under my chin. need to re-adjust many times. will not use it for satin scarf coz of this..

The magnets are very powerful. Love it very much however when using, I need to be extra careful so that the pins doesnt drop to the floor coz I think it may fall apart if drop from a high position.
Anyway keep up with your innovative magpins...

I love the pins very much. However, one of the magnet and cover fell apart before I used it (still in postage bag). Another fell apart upon using it 3 times (did not fall down on the floor etc). I hope Arzu can address this problem.

The pins are pretty, the magnet is very powerful. However, the glue sticking the magnet and the beautiful casing are not so strong. If the pin falls; they get separated easily. But, this is my second purchased after most of my previous ones; either loss or fall apart from the casing.

Mine was OK. The metalic arzu was easily removed from the magnet inside. So Im wearing mine without the metalic arzu logo ;D haha.

I love the Magpin. And how you can tuck it in between your clothes/ scarves to style better. However it can drop quietly without you realizing it if you had carried a bag on your shoulder, etc. So I lost one side of the pins a few times already. The glue on the magnet needs to be stronger as some came off. I bought a superglue to stick them on again.

Strong magnet and not easily removed from the cloth. I used it as button as well. Perhaps you could design more colourful mag pin and to be used as deco for ploin scarf/cloth

I already bought a few sets of this but the latest batch.. the quality were a bit off.. the magnet was easily detached from the plastic casing when it was dropped... the magnet was not that strong compared to the previous one (which i bought years ago... esp the one without the arzu logo.. that one has a good strong magnet)...overall i hope the quality will be better in the future.

The only downside is, because of the smooth surface & small size (which is exactly what I like about the design), you tend to drop it pretty often (accidentally of course), and after a couple of times, the magnet will come off the plastic cover. Now I have superglue on standby on my dresser just to glue my magpins because it happens quite frequently.

The magnet's very strong so A+ for that, but that also means if you drop it in a public area, it'll roll & stick to the nearest metal, and if the nearest metal is a drain cover, well.....(obviously speaking from experience)

As long as you don't wear it anywhere on your body, it'll be okay. I lost mine when I placed it on my shoulder while wearing satin. Keep it on your head area, it should be okay. Another thing, when I got mine, the casing had fallen off. I agree with others that the casing is not that strong.

Mag pin makes my shawl stay in place

Its great but i lost one due to carrying a shoulder bag.. it would stay in place if you’re not occupied with anything..

Agreed with some others comments. Casing is easily to fall off. Not recommended if you carry a lappy bag/anything on your shoulder. I lose one of my magpin :( I regulary check my magpins are in place if I carry those haha But overall, it is pretty and fit the purpose, probably arzu might need start to improve their quality signature magpins afterall :)

I love its beauty and purpose since my scarf stays in place the whole day. My only downside would be, the beautiful cover fell of after quite some time and left only the bare magnet. Hoping for arzu to secure the pin with stronger adhesive!

Finally i found the scarves saver pin (no more pin marks).The magpin securedly hold the scarves and easy to use.

For a first timer, you really need to have a fast hand to secure the magpin. I even lost my magpin when i first use it. Over time, i get use to the application. The magpin holds the scarf in place, but the magnet is not that strong. Overall, the magpin serve its purpose.
