Fabric Care
Real silk needs a little TLC. Hand wash only. Use chemical-free detergent or pure water only. Avoid soaking and lay flat to dry immediately (never tumble dry). Iron on low/silk setting.

Unfortunately we do not process exchanges at this time. If you would like to make a return you can do so within 3 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions outlined here.

Please note you item will be subject to inspection: Worn, soiled or damaged goods (due to wear/improper washing) cannot be refunded and will not be returned back. Thank you for your cooperation

Fake silk

Feels really fake. It’s not soft at all, nothing like the genuine silks I have. The colour is not vibrant either. Will not purchase from this brand again. Nor recommend to others.

Hi Banu, sorry to hear that you weren't happy. Rest assured that you've purchased 100% genuine silk scarf, however the way silk is manufactured can result in different texture fabrics. In this case HABUTAI SILK is a more stiffer silk fabric meant for shape and structure. Something more soft and flowy would be along the lines of our CREPE SATIN SILK or SERIOUSLY SATIN SILK collections. TWILL SILK would give you the softness and structure in-between those two.
