Fabric Care
Real silk needs a little TLC. Hand wash in cool water with chemical-free detergent. Avoid soaking to preserve colour. Lay completely flat to dry immediately after washing (never tumble dry). Iron on low/silk setting with a wet cloth between your scarf and the iron to smooth out kinks.

 Unfortunately we do not process exchanges at this time. If you would like to make a return you can do so within 3 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions outlined here.

Please note you item will be subject to inspection: Worn, soiled or damaged goods (due to wear/improper washing) cannot be refunded and will not be returned to the owner.

Not as expected

The color really disappoint me, the one that i received really looked like pale pink, really different with what being shown on the web. I understand it may be because of the lighting effect, but this is too much and this is not my first time buying from arzu. May be this time not my lucky one, even the price was attractive, but it in the end i dont wear it

This shawl is definitely a star buy. It is long and wide. I am 165cm tall and this shawl wraps around me perfectly covering my chest and shoulder. The crisp silk is easily shaped and stays in place. Would love to buy some more! 5 star
